  • How do airport pickups work at Jacksonville International (JAX)? I personally monitor your flight status to ensure I am there exactly when you need me, whether you land early or experience delays. Once you arrive, I will coordinate with you directly via text for a seamless curbside pickup right outside your baggage claim area.

  • How much luggage can the vehicle hold? For maximum passenger comfort, my Chevy Tahoe accommodates up to 6 passengers with small personal items. If your party is traveling with standard checked luggage or oversized items like golf clubs, the optimal capacity is 3 passengers.

  • How far in advance should I book my reservation? Because I operate independently to guarantee the highest level of personal service, my calendar can fill up quickly. I recommend scheduling your ride at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time, especially for early morning flights or weekend events.

  • What happens if my trip runs longer than expected? Flexibility is a core part of the executive service experience. If your corporate meeting or special event runs late, any time beyond your scheduled booking is simply billed at my standard $90 hourly rate, applied in 30-minute increments ($45 per half-hour).

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy? Completed trips are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, providing at least 24 hours notice guarantees a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.

Additional Service Terms

  • Invoicing: A formal PayPal or Square invoice is generated for every trip, including those paid in cash. A valid email address and/or mobile phone number is required at the time of booking.

  • Special Offers: Promotional rates are subject to change or discontinuation at any time. Special offers are limited to one use per client within a 7-day period.
